Every booking starts with a conversation. You tell me about your wedding, your guest list, the setting and what you are hoping the food experience to feel like. From there I put together a tailored proposal covering menu options, staffing and everything else needed for the day.
I handle all of it. Menu planning, ingredient sourcing, kitchen setup if needed, cooking, service, staff coordination and full clean down after. You focus on the day. I focus on the food.
