These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any private chef services booked through it. By using this site or hiring me, you agree to the terms below.

1. Website Use

  • This site is intended to provide information about my services as a private chef and consultant.

  • You may browse, contact me, or view media on the site for personal use only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content or images without permission.

2. Service Bookings

Availability

  • I operate on a freelance basis and accept bookings subject to availability.

  • I’m based in Thailand and available for travel (including the UK) for confirmed bookings.

Booking Process

  • Enquiries can be submitted via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp.

  • A booking is not confirmed until a written agreement is made and/or a deposit is received.

Deposits & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.

  • Remaining payment terms will be provided in writing prior to the service.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, Wise, or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

  • I reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event of illness, travel disruptions, or emergencies. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded or rescheduled if possible.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Clients must inform me in advance of any food allergies or dietary requirements.

  • While I take care to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

5. Travel & Logistics

  • Travel expenses may apply for bookings outside of Thailand or significant distance from base location.

  • Accommodation may be required for multi-day or remote bookings, which will be agreed upon in advance.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • I am not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of this website or the services offered, except as required by law.

  • All efforts are made to ensure a safe, clean, and professional service at all times.
